Bring Your All

You're already a success. It's time to act like it.

I'm an extroverted introvert who'd rather be cuddled up on the couch watching tv than almost anywhere else, except for Sunday brunch. I get annoyed when I see women selling themselves short. Why? Because I've been her and I know that you're capable of so much more than you think.

Oh, and I live in NYC. Yes, I really do walk through Central Park every day. And I love naps. Really long naps. And Harry Potter. And chocolate.

Today, I help women like you communicate with confidence and connect with their audience. Whether you are preparing for a meeting with senior executives, getting ready for your first live event, reworking your sales pitch or finally applying for that promotion, together we can master your message to get you the results you want.

I studied English Literature. Graduated in three years (that's an entire year early, people). Retired from teaching. Bounced around corporate America. Wound up working in marketing. Managed one of the most desired luxury brands in North America.

I took for granted all the training and experience I had when it came to putting together a cohesive sentence or presentation. Believe it or not, sometimes an emoji just isn't enough to articulate your message.

I've been on the other side of disengaged audiences scrolling through their phones (or, better yet, sleeping), executives who can't be bothered by my seventy-slide deck, overwhelming nervousness and public panic attacks. I've learned how make friends with the fear, wow the audience, own the room, and, this is the best part, get what I want. You can, too.

I want you to be happy. I want you to recognize the skills you have, the authority you possess, and learn to leverage it. I want you to get everything you want, and I want you to know that it's possible. You just have to give those dreams and desires a voice.

The world doesn't need another wallflower. It needs you to step up into the spotlight.  If you are ready to transform those maybes, nos and not nows into heck yes, let's get started.

Client Reviews

Nicole’s coaching has been incredible. She is quick to respond to a late night email when I’m feeling anxious, and always comes back with words of encouragement and support. She knows how to ask the tough questions. The ones we don’t like to ask ourselves. But the ones we need to answer, to take the next step in living a great life.
She understands the challenges and fears that come with jumping into the unknown, and she is there every step of the way. Not only has she virtually held my hand through some tough moments, but she helps shed away the layers we don’t really need to be carrying. She does this incredibly well, the end result being clearer on what I really want in my life and figuring out the baby steps on how to get there. She reminds me that I’m worth the incredible life I want, and that I deserve the happiness I long for. She is kind, easy to talk to, comforting and just wonderful!

If you’re ready to step up, take action and stop holding yourself back, then you need to work with Nicole. She wastes no time getting to the heart of the matter in order to get the results you want. The passion she has for her work is evident. She WILL change your life.

I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with Nicole. She was positive and answered all of my questions! I loved that she read my website, blog, and Instagram before our call. When we spoke, she was already familiar with my mission and ready with a list of things I was doing well. She also gave me a fresh new idea for my business. She was a joy to speak with, and after I finished our call, I felt confident and invigorated. Thank you, Nicole!
